Currency

All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Payment Methods

We currently accept payments by Paypal via our Shopping Cart Online. We do not accept Cash on Delivery. Some events or stores that carry our products may accept different payment methods.

Shipping

For destinations within Canada we will ship your parcel by Canada Post according to your selections at checkout, unless you request otherwise. Shipping flat rate is calculated based on weight and dimensions, and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please expect 3-5 business days prior to shipping for processing.

For local pickup within Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, prepaid orders *may* be picked up locally at certain events or locations; please contact us for details prior to purchasing. You will be sent a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

International Orders

Please e-mail or call to request a Shipping Quote prior to placing your order.

Cancelling an Order

Once your order is placed and your payment has been received, your order will be processed. Should you wish to cancel your order after this step you will need to contact customer service at Type A Media to process a refund. You will be required to supply all details of your order including card details so please have these on hand. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to process.

Returns

We pride ourselves on our high-quality standards.  Each of our books and products are crafted in-house by hand in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario using high quality, environmentally responsible materials to ensure that you always receive a high quality, beautiful product.

Due to the nature of our materials, some variation in colour or texture may occur – we believe this is part of what makes handcrafted books so beautiful! We have made every effort to properly represent the unique qualities of each product online, though please be aware that different computer monitors may display slight variations in the colour or texture of our products.  If you are concerned about selecting a book or product online, simply get in touch with us either via the Contact Us form on this site or on social media and we would be happy to help you select a book or product that’s perfect for you!

Due to the consumable nature of our books and products, we are not able to offer refunds on products which you have purchased and read or used, however if you receive an item you have purchased which you believe does not live up to our high standards, please let us know in writing within 14 days of receipt so we can address your concerns.We are happy to replace the product if the item is defective or sent due to our error.

In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:

• Your name
• A copy of your invoice or your order number
• Reason for return

When returning items, please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
